Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose of the Lottery
The lottery is designed to promote sales of wholesale motor vehicles through the weekly Lander Toyota Wholesale Tender.
2. The Lottery
The lottery will be held in New South Wales and will consist of three (3) winners. The prize will consist of a Vineyards Weekend Package at The Vineyards Estate at Pokolbin NSW. Entry will only be allowed by way of submitting a tender form at the Lander Toyota weekly wholesale tender. Proof of compliance will be a completed tender form submitted to the Lander Toyota Financial Controller in the locked tender submission box. There will be three prize draws: Draw 1 (for entries received between 01/10/07 and 31/12/07) will take place at 3pm on 16/01/08; Draw 2 (for entries received between 01/01/08 and 31/03/08) will take place at 3pm on 16/04/08; Draw 3 (for entries received between 01/04/08 and 30/06/08) will take place at 3pm on 16/07/08. A copy of the tender submission form will be used as the entry from.
3. The Prize
The winner of each of the three (3) draws will receive one (1) Vineyards Weekend Package at The Vineyards Estate at Pokolbin NSW. The retail price of each prize shall be up to the value of $820.00. To claim the prize, the winner will be given a gift certificate to arrange their preferred booking time directly with The Vineyards Estate which is subject to availability. Lander Toyota and The Vineyards Estate cannot guarantee room availability on the requested weekend but every effort will be made to accommodate the winners preferred date.
4. Who May Enter
The lottery is open to all Automotive Wholesale Buyers with an ABN who purchase wholesale vehicles from Lander Toyota on an RTA Form 7.
The competition is not open to the general public or National Fleet, Government and Taxi purchasers.
Staff of Lander Toyota and their sub-contractors are not eligible to participate.
The number of entries received will determine odds of winning. Only one entry per weekly tender is allowed during the competition period from the 01/10/08 to the 30/06/08.
5. Agreement to Terms & Conditions
Submission of entry constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Terms & Conditions.
6. How to Enter
Entry can only be made by submitting a wholesale tender form at the Lander Toyota weekly tender between the 01/10/07 and the 30/06/08. No entry fee is required.
7. Registration Period for Entries
Registration for the lottery will commence and conclude on the following dates and times:
(a) Commences at 12:01 am on 1st October 2007 (b) Closes at 11:59pm on 30th of June 2008.
8. Lottery Draw Place & Times
The lottery draw shall be held at the premises of Lander Toyota 155 – 161 Main Street Blacktown NSW 2148, and take place at 3:00 pm on the 16/01/08 (Draw 1), 16/04/08 (Draw 2), 16/07/08 (Draw 3).
9. Selection of the winner
The winning name shall be drawn by the Dealer Principal of Lander Toyota or his nominee.
10. Winner Selection
The winner shall be selected at random from amongst all eligible entries by a draw from a barrel.
If the winner is not contactable or does not claim the prize within 90 days a second draw will be conducted to determine a new winner at 3:00pm on the 23/04/08 (Draw 1), 30/07/08 (Draw 2), 29/10/08 (Draw 3) at Lander Toyota 155 – 161 Main Street Blacktown, NSW 2148.
12. Notification of Winner
The winner in the draw shall be notified within 48 hours of the lottery draw by way of:
(a) email on the day of the lottery draw;
(b) a notice on the wholesale submission forms;
(c) by telephone;
(d) a notice will be placed on www.landerwholesale.com.au web site.
14. Whether redeemable for Cash
The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash in whole or in part, nor exchanged for an alternative vehicle or prize.
15. Claiming Prize
The final winners in the lottery draws must use the gift certificate within 6 months of being notified of the gift certificate being available for collection.
16. General Conditions
All decisions regarding the Promotion, including but not limited to selecting winners, will be made by Highland Autos Pty Ltd, whose decision shall be final. Highland Autos Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time prior to the draw. Any dispute pertaining to this Promotion shall be firstly adjudicated by the Lander Toyota Dealer Principal and if not settled shall be heard and under the jurisdiction of the New South Wales Court. If any provision of these rules is held illegal or unenforceable, the provisions not affected shall survive. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Highland Autos Pty Ltd to use winner's name, testimonials, likeness and hometown for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Highland Autos Pty Ltd, their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any claims, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Promotion, including the use of any prize won.
17. Disputes
All disputes shall be settled by way of written submission to the Lander Toyota Dealer Principal and their decision shall be final.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTIONS IS A VIOLATION OF RELEVANT CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, HIGHLAND AUTOS PTY LTD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
